The current tenant mix also consists of some long-term residents, including immigrants or refugee families with diverse multi-cultural backgrounds. This project aims to provide the tenants with safe and supportive housing to make the transition into a new home and country easier for them. Through tenant support services, our ultimate goal is to encourage their independence and self-reliance.

Regular resident programs offered include a homework club for elementary students, adult ESL classes, health and educational workshops. In the summer, there are also children’s day camps, field trips, multi-cultural family day and games carnival.
