Youth explore and advance their careers in the Office Administration and Customer Service sectors of BC. Our integrated program offers three weeks of vocational and job search skills training along with coaching and financial supports.

Occupational Skills Training: Office Administration & Customer Service

Enter the workforce with confidence as the YEC- TFJ program curriculum now integrates office administration and customer service occupational skills training.

Financial Supports

Receive a training allowance while attending the YEC-TFJ program, and potential bonuses as you move forward in your career progress.

Eligibility

  • A young adult between the ages of 16 and 29 inclusive
  • A Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Protected Person
  • Unemployed or underemployed Not a full-time student
  • Not participating in another provincially or federally funded labour market program A resident of Greater Vancouver Regional District
  • Preferred: have relevant background and/or interest in Office Administration or Customer Service
