Simon K.Y. Lee Seniors Care Home
S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Simon K.Y. Lee Seniors Care Home (the “Care Home”), named in honour of its key supporter, Mr. Simon K.Y. Lee, is a multi-level care facility managed by S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Multi-Level Care Society. It began admitting its first residents on September 24, 2001.
The Care Home is mandated to provide quality residential care and holistic health services that respect the unique traditional and cultural values of the seniors it serves. Its vision is to become a centre of excellence which delivers culturally appropriate care, and provides integrated programs and services to complete the continuum of health services for seniors.
Bi-lingual (English and Chinese) staff provides professional resident care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Twenty one beds are designated for cognitively impaired residents requiring special environmental adaptations. Others are for complex care residents. The Chieng’s Adult Day Centre started its operation in January 2003. This Centre provides health monitoring, therapeutic activities and social activities for seniors.
