 2010 S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Cantonese Opera Charity Show Debuts on August 28

Vancouver, BC – S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Foundation’s first ever Cantonese Opera Charity Show will make its mark on Saturday, August 28, 2010, at The Centre in Vancouver for Performing Arts.  The Show will feature two renowned Cantonese opera artists from Hong Kong, Mr. Ng Chin Fung and Ms. Wan Fai Yin, and six seasoned performers. 

Cantonese opera is a traditional Chinese art form that involves music, singing, martial arts, acrobatics and acting.  Both Chinese and English captioning will be provided for the Show’s six acts. Proceeds from the show will benefit S.U.C.C.E.S.S. senior programs and services, including one of S.U.C.C.E.S.S.’ treasures the “Evergreen News.”
