S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Launches New Multilingual InfoTool

VANCOUVER, BC – With sponsorship from HSBC Bank Canada, S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Multilingual Info Website and an updated Multilingual Info Line are now available, Tung Chan, CEO of S.U.C.C.E.S.S. announced today with Blake Hellam, Senior Vice President & Head of Retail Branch Network at HSBC Bank Canada.

S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Multilingual Info Website is a comprehensive, integrated service which provides relevant settlement information made available globally to anyone with Internet access.  The Info Website is available in English, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, and Korean.  It can be accessed through this link: http://www.success.bc.ca/settlementinfo.

S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Multilingual Info Line is a collection of pre-recorded settlement-related information. This popular tool was inaugurated in 2008. The Info Line has been updated with more current information for new Canadians with important topics such as Canadian citizenship, immigration, education, housing, medical and health, social benefits, transportation, and employment. This service is available seven days a week, 24 hours a day and is recorded in Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, and Punjabi. The Info Line can be reached at: 604-687-6300.
