Being Successful Parents

Richmond, BC – The Richmond School District, in collaboration with the City of Richmond, Richmond District Parents Association, the Richmond Chinese Parents’ Association and S.U.C.C.E.S.S., will jointly host the 11th Annual Learning and the Brain Conference on January 23, 2010.

This FREE conference is for all Richmond parents, caregivers, and educators of children from preschool to adolescence. This year, the theme will be “Being Successful Parents: Understanding Yourself and Your Child.” A number of workshops will be offered in Mandarin, Cantonese, Punjabi and Tagalog.  Every participant will experience a powerful keynote speaker, participate in interactive educational workshops, as well as explore community and educational resources.
