S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Education Fair Creates Opportunities for Educational Exploration and Career Development

Vancouver, BC – Each year, S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Post Secondary Education Fair brings together the best education resources for local students and parents in Metro Vancouver. On November 28 (Saturday) at S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Social Service Centre (28 W. Pender Street, Vancouver), families can browse through display booths and seminars and enjoy interactive information sharing with both Canadian and international post-secondary schools.

“Our mandate is to build bridges, harvest diversity and foster integration. The event will help students and their families better understand the variety of Canada’s post-secondary options and develop their academic and career paths, ” said Tung Chan, CEO of S.U.C.C.E.S.S.

In 2008, the Fair attracted 600 participants. This year, over 20 exhibitors will be offering a variety of post secondary education choices, career and employment options. Seminar topics include: universities and colleges (both public and private) entrance requirements, English language requirements, BC Transfer Guide and Education Planner, scholarship, financial aid and student loan.

The Fair is an excellent opportunity to connect with resources both locally and internationally. Admission is free. Seminars will be presented in English with Mandarin interpretation service. Seminar tickets are available from 9:30 am and booth exhibits start from 10:00 am. For enquiries, please contact S.U.C.C.E.S.S.
