Cultural Sensitive Home Care Service Launched

Vancouver, BC - A cultural sensitive home care service is being launched by S.U.C.C.E.S.S. through its subsidiary, the Canada Social Enterprises Inc (CanaInc).

The service has been two years in the making and is headed by a seasoned health care executive, Randy Wong, who has been a hospital CEO and who also started the licensing system of Chinese medicinal doctors and acupuncturists in B.C.  Estina Wan is the director of the program who has been a nurse practitioner and educator with extensive home care experience in the province.

The service is specifically catered to the Chinese Canadian population.  It has very interesting components and is going to be a very important “missing link” in making services comprehensive to the community.
