New Vocational Training at S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Hit 95% Success Rate Vancouver, B.C. - The new and unique health vocational training program, the Resident Care Attendant (RCA) program, started a year ago by Canada Vocational Academy, a subsidiary of S.U.C.C.E.S.S., has been able to find jobs for their graduates at 95% success rate. The program objective is to enable immigrants, many of whom have been health care workers in their places of origin, to re-enter the health field through proper training and practical experience. A graduation ceremony for the 3rd RCA class is scheduled for November 13, 2009. The CEOs of S.U.C.C.E.S.S. and Canada Vocational Academy, and Executive Director, Health Services of S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Multilevel Care Society, will be in attendance. In addition, some graduates from the previous classes will talk about their experience in studying under the program and entering the health field in Canada.
