After graduating from the Wilfred Laurier University with a degree in Economic and diploma in Business Administration, Mr. Kenneth Kwan worked with the Royal Bank of Canada for a few years and later turned his career to investments and real estate developments and found much success in the field.

Mr. Kwan has long been a dedicated member of S.U.C.C.E.S.S.  His involvement with S.U.C.C.E.S.S. includes being chairman in 1992-1994 and 2004-2006, vice chair, and chairman of the Building Development Committee and Strategic Planning Committee.  He has devoted much time to S.U.C.C.E.S.S. in organizing and coordinating various fundraising events, and long term planning and resource development.

He took on the charitable board position in various organizations such as CCF Community Care Foundation, United Way of the Lower Mainland and S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Foundation.
