S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Employment Services Fraser Centre provides services which aim at enhancing employment accessibility and assisting work integration. The site offers a warm and welcoming environment that helps clients achieve employment success. The services at Fraser Centre are delivered in Chinese and English. They are designed to provide employment assistance to unemployed individuals in South Vancouver and the surrounding areas.

The Centre is centrally located and can be conveniently accessed by both private and public transportation from all parts of Greater Vancouver. It has a long history of serving unemployed residents who are eligible to work in Canada. The team of career practitioners is experienced in assisting clients with multiple employment barriers, such as language, age, culture, and job search skills.

Funded by the Ministry of Housing and Social Development and supported by the community, the following employment programs are delivered at this location:

Individual Employment Counselling (Case Management Service)
Our case managers provide one-on-one employment counseling in English, Mandarin or Cantonese. They will assist you with:

• Development of return-to-work action plans
• Information and referrals to appropriate employment programs or training
• On-going follow-up and support

A five-day workshop conducted in Mandarin or Cantonese to assist job seekers in defining their career goals. Topics include:

• Explore the labour market
• Assess your skills and strengths
• Define your career goals
