Services: 

• Pair Up and Learn Program (PAL) – Provides educational assistance and peer support by trained volunteers to elementary school kids.  Limited to students from Nootka and Norquay Elementary Schools
• Outreach Group for High School Youth - Enhance social integration of new immigrant youth.  Program is implemented in Vancouver schools
