The Association acts as a bridge and facilitator for those Chinese parents who might have a language barrier when communicating with the school system. It works with other parent groups and agencies to promote a better education for all children in Richmond. Seminars and Coffee Mornings are held monthly, and quarterly newsletters are distributed.
