Established in 1986, the 28th Richmond Terra Nova (S.U.C.C.E.S.S.) Scout Group has been revived thanks to the sponsorship of S.U.C.C.E.S.S. "The mission of Scouting is to contribute to the education of young people, through a value system based on the Scout Promise and Law, to help build a better world where people are self-fulfilled as individuals and play a constructive role in society."
The Scout Group is located in Terra Nova, Richmond (No. 1 Road and Westminster Highway) and  meets every Sunday at the local elementary school, Spul’u’kwuks. The older youth and adults are encouraged to become leaders.

Scouts recruitment:
Beavers (Age: 5 - 7)   Every Sunday from 11:00am to 12:00pm
Cubs (Age: 8-10)     Every Sunday from 12:00pm – 2:00pm
Scouts (Age: 11 - 14)  Every Sunday from 12:00pm – 2:00pm
