Ø      Receive 3 hours of one-on-one mentoring service during a 3 month period;

Ø      Obtain guidance from a mentor who possesses experience and skills in the area of interest;

Ø      Gain knowledge of Canadian business culture and practices;

Ø      Acquire on-going support from S.U.C.C.E.S.S. with related services;

Ø      Develop business contacts and networks.
