S.U.C.C.E.S.S. believes that immigrant parents of young children (0-6 years old) should have access to culturally appropriate Early Childhood Development (ECD) resources to help build the foundation of their children’s development.
This project provides services for families with children ages 0-6 who reside in the Tri-cities area and are primarily from three different ethnic communities (Korean, Farsi and Chinese).
Professional Staff:
Our Multicultural Early Childhood Development hold degrees (Bachelor, Master, PhD) in Family and Childhood Development, Counselling Psychology, Social Work, Family Studies, and Psychology. We ensure our staff members maintain ongoing development and training to keep their knowledge up-to-date.
Confidentiality:
We practice high standards of professional conduct and maintain strict confidentiality for all clients except under the following circumstances: (1) under a court order; (2) incidence of child abuse, or (3) danger to self or others.

Advisory Committee:
The program is planned and implemented under the guidance of an Advisory Committee comprised of major early childhood development service providers in the Tri-cities area.
