English Language Services for Adults (ELSA)

ELSA (English Language Services for Adults) is a government funded language training program for newcomers to Canada. How can I apply for ELSA?
S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Settlement staff can help you fill out the form.  You can also write, telephone, fax or go to one of the two offices below to get an application form.

What Levels of English is available through ELSA?
The ELSA program is for Beginners to Intermediates – Literacy, Level 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5.

What if I don’t qualify for ELSA?
Go to http://www.elsanet.org/esldirectory/index.php  where you can find a Directory of ESL Courses and Employment Programs for Immigrants in British Columbia.    You can be linked to most of these schools or obtain contact information, range of fees.
