What is offered at the clinic?
At the Asian Women’s Health Clinic, women can help themselves to keep healthy by having yearly: Pap smear testing, Breast examination and review of how to check your own breasts

Who provides care at the clinic?
Doctors and nurses who are women and who speak Cantonese and Mandarin

The clinic is sponsored by Vancouver Coastal Health Authority, B.C. Women’s Hospital and S.U.C.C.E.S.S. If a problem is found, the doctor at the clinic will contact your family doctor who will look after you. You must have a family doctor in order to be seen at the clinic.

How Can I make an appointment?
You can make an appointment for yourself or have your family doctor’s office make an appointment for you. All the receptionists are women and speak Cantonese and Mandarin.
