The S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Social Service Centre, located at the Dr. Dorothy Lam Building on West Pender Street, is at the meeting point of downtown and Chinatown of Vancouver. It offers a comprehensive range of social and community services to help new immigrants and citizens overcome language and cultural barriers to become participating and contributing members of society. It is the Head Office of S.U.C.C.E.S.S. and also the office of the S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Foundation. Programs and Services
