S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Health Service addresses the community need for health care and wellness. We deliver a continuum of health care services covering assisted living, adult day centre and multi-level care for seniors. We also serve outreach programs such as Meals on Wheels and volunteer hospice visitation. In addition, we provide health and wellness workshops, a wellness resource centre for the general public, as well as organize public health fairs in collaboration with health service providers.
