Housing

Since 2008, S.U.C.C.E.S.S. has been operating and managing social housing projects with utmost care and financial due diligence. We have a high commitment for quality and responsive service to all the resident-tenants as well as a social responsibility to the community.

We recognize that social housing is much more than bricks and mortar or just low rental support. It is about the people who live in it. In collaboration with BC Housing, we are the operator and service provider at four locations, Orange Hall, Hillside Gardens, Solheim Place and REMY in Richmond.
