Located inside the Westminster Centre on Sixth Street, S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Employment Services New Westminster office offers two innovative programs to assist both job seekers and employers.

The Immigrant Trades Training Initiative Program (ITTI) is a highly specialized program, which is funded through the Labour Market Agreement (LMA) and the Industry Training Authority (ITA). This program assists immigrants to attain recognized Trades Certification in Canada. The mission of the ITTI is to inform, guide and support participants through a Trades Navigation Service to choose and access the appropriate resources which are available to support their individual goals of Trades Certification. SkillsPlus is a Ministry of Regional Economic and Skills Development funded, workplace-based training program that focuses on enhancing job specific skills through the development of Nine Essential Skills. Through role plays, discussions and individual coaching with real-life cases and job-specific examples, the interactive workshops will not only serve to boost morale and team performance, but also strengthen employees’ sector-specific core competencies.
