Community Assistance Program 2
214-181 Keefer Place CAP2 is funded by the Ministry of Employment & Income Assistance. It is a pre-employment program assisting persons with multiple barriers who live in the Downtown Eastside. The major objectives of the program are:
There are 4 stages in this program: Stage 1: Intake & Acceptance Stage 2: In-Depth Assessment Stage 3: Individual Services include Life Skill Workshops, one-on-one counseling and external services referral Stage 4: Follow-Up
All the services are delivered by a professional team of friendly, caring and knowledgeable staff who are open-minded and have a deep understanding of the issues the clients’ are facing. There are also financial support to assist clients to achieve their individual goals.
