S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Employment Services Fraser Centre provides services which aim at enhancing employment accessibility and assisting work integration. The site offers a warm and welcoming environment that helps clients towards employment success. The centre is centrally located and can be conveniently accessed by both private and pubic transportation from other parts of the Greater Vancouver. It has a long history of serving unemployed residents who are eligible to work in Canada. The team of career practitioners are experienced in assisting clients with multiple employment barriers (such as language, age, culture, job search skills etc.) Funded by Service Canada and supported by the community, the following employment programs are delivered at this location.
The program at SES Fraser Centre is delivered in Chinese/English. It is designed to provide employment assistance services to unemployed individuals in South Vancouver and the surrounding areas. Four core activities include: Case Management, Career exploration Workshop, Job Finding Club and Other Employment Supportive Services such as a self-serve resource centre, job referrals, network with employers and recruitment workshops, as well as job search and workplace English.
