Community Assistance Program (CAP2)
Community Assistance Program (CAP2) is a pre-employment program that provides specialized case management service to multi-barrier clients residing in Downtown Eastside to improve their quality of life and to connect them to services within their communities.

Services focus on counseling and coaching to guide clients through the difficult period in their life, life-skills training and external referral to address their specific needs, such as mental health, housing, drug or alcohol treatment, legal aid, child care and family services.
