Housing Service

housing service

Since 2008, S.U.C.C.E.S.S. has been operating and managing social, affordable market and non-market housing projects with utmost care and financial due diligence. We provide high quality and responsive services to our residents and are committed to social responsibility.

We recognize that below market rentals (previously referred to as social housing) are much more than just bricks and mortar or low income rental support. We focus on the needs of people who live in them. In collaboration with BC Housing, City of Vancouver and the City of Richmond, we are the operator and service provider at seven locations: Orange Hall in Vancouver,  Hillside Gardens in Burnaby, Solheim Place in Vancouver, REMY in Richmond, 188 Keefer in Vancouver, The Village at 80 & 122 Walter Hardwick in Vancouver, and Storeys in Richmond.

Jackson Lam Adult Day Centre

The Centre opened in June 2017 with the mission to provide adult day service to seniors with various needs in the Richmond area through integrated programs and services.  It contains a lounge, an activity area, a kitchen, a dining room, and a quiet room.

Funded by Vancouver Coastal Health, the Centre operates Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.  The programs offers lunch, recreational activities, health monitoring and health education for seniors.

The Centre also provides respite care for medically frail seniors or those with dementia and chronic disease management who are being cared for at home by family members.  For some clients, the program helps them to maintain their functional abilities.

To determine eligibility for admission to the program, please contact the community health service at 604-278-3361.
